The package includes 5 standard pages, these are Home, About, Services/What We Do, Gallery/Our Work and Contact. The legal pages are Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
If you need additional service pages or would like to add a blog these can be added to your package for an additional fee.
The entire process usally takes between 4-8 weeks, it takes us around 4 weeks to build your site which starts from when your content is sent and approved, we have designed the process to be as streamlined as possible, we use powerful feedback and content capture tools to speed things up and make it as simple as we can for you.

Can I make changes to the webiste once its live?
You may want to update some text, swap out images or make other minor changes, we totally understand, most of these changes are included in your website management plan (3 micro tasks a month) just drop a ticket on the portal and we will usually sort within a few hours.

What is the website management plan?
The website management plan is the key to keeping your site online, safe and secure and making sure you get the very best out of your investment. You will have access to our client portal where you can find support, manage your account, see all your invoices and leave the rest to us.
We manage the day to day running of your website, with superfast hosting, constant security checks, spam protection and support with changes, so you know your site is in safe hands and you can get on with running your business.

Yes you will, the design of the website is yours, along with any logos or assoiciated assets we create, all ownership passes to you upon full payment.
We aim to forge long lasting partnerships with our clients and support them for many years to come. Should you decide to leave us, we would be sad to see you go, but you can take your website with you, you would just need to have new hosting in place and a couple of software lisences, we will let you know what you need should this sorry day ever come.
Can you help create my website content?
We provide you with a comprehensive online content capture form, which will take you through providing your content step by step, we also have a workbook, templates and loads of links to incredible resources which we hope will make creating your content as simple as it can be.
If you need someone to create your content for you, we work with some incredible copywriters who will be able to support you.
What about a domain and email address?
You will need a domain for your website, its extremely easy today to register a domain using GoDaddy or a similar service, if you need any help registering your domain we are more than happy to help or can register it for you. We will also deal with any DNS changes you may need so don't worry about the technical bits, we have your back.
With emails we recommend using either Google Worskspace or Office365, these are by far the best email providers and you can create a professional email address ie. hello@yourwebsite.co.uk. If you need help setting this up we are more than happy to help you with this.
